 Bengal long held a prominent position in Indias socio-politic landscape. Particularly during  the struggle for independence from British Colonial rule. This paper explore the multifaceted role of Bengal in the Indian freedom movement, examining key figures, events,and cultural currents that united the region in its quest for autonomy. Through political activism, cultural movements social reform Bengal emerged as a beacon of resistance against colonial oppression.
