Healthcare organizations face unprecedented challenges requiring effective leadership to navigate complex operational, financial, and clinical demands. This paper examines effective leadership styles in hospital administration, analyzing how different approaches impact organizational performance, staff satisfaction, and patient outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of contemporary literature, this study identifies transformational and servant leadership as particularly effective in healthcare settings. The research reveals that successful hospital administrators must adapt their leadership style to situational demands while maintaining focus on patient-centered care, staff development, and organizational sustainability. Findings suggest that emotionally intelligent leaders who foster collaborative environments achieve superior outcomes in quality metrics, employee engagement, and financial performance. The paper concludes with recommendations for developing effective healthcare leadership programs and implementing evidence-based leadership practices in hospital administration.
